JOBS IN PROGRESS

22-04  BWSC / BRIGHTON -
Tony Lopes, Gerry Melia, Nuno Teixeira, along with Bill Garvey and Al Abelha of Luxor have recently completed work on Cambridge St. and Linden St. and will complete Farrington St. before Boston Public Works suspends work for the winter.  Work on Harvard St. will resume in the spring.  Progress has been good on this contract and we are 85% complete, with Harvard St. to be completed in the spring.

22-05 BWSC/COMM AVE. - This project is finally complete. (The job that would never end).  Donald Csizmesia, Bob Duff, Mike Henry, Jim Graham and Brian McInnis did a good job on a tough project.

23-01 STONEY BROOK JAMAICA PLAIN - John Foulsham, Dennis Botelho, Manny Medeiros, Chuck Crews and Jack Murray have completed drain, water, and sewer work on this project.  Progess has been steady, with a lot more work to complete.  We are 40% complete on this project and will be here for all of 2004.

23-01 STONEY BROOK JAMAICA PLAIN - Al Lopes, Vassel Edwards, Lou Pimentel, Dennis Woletskas and Luxor's Frank Vilacha have been working on sewer, water & drain installation and have made good progress.  They will be working on this project all of 2004 and 2005.

23-04 MDC - Dave DiMartino, Bill Gurka and Bob Tripp installed the force main at Leo-Martin Golf Course and will return to start up the system after the snow.  The second portion of this contract has been delayed for several months.  When the snow disappears we may be able to continue.

23-10 AMESBURY - Tony Lopes (2), Rob Machado, Donald Pacheco and John Pereira were the lucky chosen few to make the trip to the beautiful town of Amesbury to install mainline sewer and laterals.  Tony's crew did a good job keeping track of potential changed conditions.  Because of their foresight we were able to keep the job on track, never loosing focus during difficult situations involving locations of crossing utilities.  Our work is complete and the remaining work is for "National" and paving in the spring.

23-11 RICCUITI DR./QUINCY - Donald Csizmesia, Bob Duff, Mike Henry, Brian McInnis, and Jim Graham have started the pipe work and will continue to install as the winter allows.  As other crews free up they will be lending a hand on this project.

23-12 BWSC/CAUSEWAY STREET - Donald Csizmesia, Bob Duff, Mike Henry, Brian McInnis and Luxor's Jim Graham have recently completed tis project on Causeway Street at the Thomas O'Neil Federal Building (see photos below).  This was a very congested and high visibility site to work on.  Progess was excellent and the crew enjoyed the change to large diameter pipe.  With the equipment that we have on hand, even a challenging project becomes a lot less challenging.

23-15 BWSC/JAMAICA PLAIN - We are still waiting for final approval from the DEP with an early 2004 start scheduled.

UPCOMING JOBS

Marion Pipebursting - We are scheduled for early 2004.  This will be the largest pipebursting job to date.  We will be working off the roadway which makes for an ideal winter project.

BWSC - We  were recently low bidder on water, sewer, and drain contract with pipe rehabilitation work for the Boston Water & Sewer Commission.  This project will get started early in 2004.
